| Comments: Seller sent 9mm Brass, instead of .40 cal brass. Informed me he would send correct ones and shipping cost to return others. After several calls and emails, still no brass. Seller advised he was sending replacement. I'm all for giving benefit of the doubt, but it's been over 1 month! |

| Rebuttal: Seller sent 1 email to me then wouldnt reply to further emails regarding questions or whatnot. Confused as what seller wanted and wouldnt converse after initial email. Opted to take the negative hit than go thru without knowing all details. I would NOT attempt to purchase from them again. |

| Comments: Left 3 voicemails asking him to call me and got no return call. Seller could not find copy of FFL sent to him but didn't bother to call me and ask for second copy to be sent. My check cleared the bank on Jan 30 and parts not shipped until Feb 17. Not the best customer service. Parts okay. |

| Rebuttal: Email is always best with us instead of phone calls. Most people have had some patience and realized that the dealers dealing in AR15 have been and still are overwhelmed with orders and so forth. 3 week turn around instead of 3-4 months per others? |
