Comments: Trapshooter offered this item to me in an e-mail. "Thanks for getting back to me. You got them." I accepted and sent payment. He then sold this item to a higher bidder.

Comments: BIG GUY is very courteous, prompt and a good communicator. However, a word to the wise. Ask questions, lots of them. For example: Know exactly what you are buying by asking more questions. Define an acceptable return policy between yourself and the buyer prior to bidding. Finally, be careful. Many sellers including this one have an unwritten policy of what you see is what you get. Purchasing over the Internet should be a pleasant experience for everyone, both seller and buyer. I am not angry with this seller only disappointed in his actions regarding the lack of an inspection and refund policy of an auctioned item. I may in the future buy from BIG GUY, but I will ask many more detailed questions and obtain an inspection and return agreement prior to bidding.

Rebuttal: First let me comment that I will make a refund to anyone that purchases anything from me that is not as advertised. This buyer emailed me asking about the quality of the printing on this item prior to bidding on it bacause he said he could not get a good copy from over the internet. I told him that it was in good condition and it is. There is a picture of this manual in the bid item section that he saw. The buyer says that this is a copy and not a original manual. I have no way of knowing if it is a copy or not and did not present it as a original, but I am not in the business of making copies and selling them. He saw exactly what he was buying. Now I am not saying that he made copies of this, and now wants to return it for a $10 refund, but that thought did enter my mind. That is why I do not give any refunds on printed Items.
