| Comments: Backed out of bid b/c he didn't want to pay the sales tax. We are a legit. corp. in NY and must collect the tax from other NY residents. Must be nice to not pay taxes...blocked as nonpaying bidder. |

| Rebuttal: Ad never mentions 8.75% NY tax to be included. Surprised me with it at the end. I'm curious as to why he doesn't mention this tax in his listing? |
