| Comments: I received the gun and the mag catch or latch spring is broken so you have to manually return it to hold the mag.I was not informed of this before the auction . this dealer should disclose any defects or broken part and he did not. I wouldn't bid on any more of his gun. |

| Rebuttal: This is the first time I'm hearing of any issue with this used firearm. I wasn't contacted. I was unaware of this or it would of been disclosed in description. Buyer could of at least attempted to contact me before leaving neg feedback. Possibly could of been resolved & been another happy bidder. |
