| Comments: There is nothing wrong with the casings that are not Berdan, however, I have identified 20 some Berdan casings, and I have only reloaded about 200 casings. That is 10%. I hope I do not find any more reloading the rest of the casings. |

| Rebuttal: we wihs that this coustomer had contacted us so we could have replaced , the brass he was unhappy with , our orders always have extra brass , we replace any bad brass JOHN |
