| Comments: It took several e-mails over the period of many days to obtain payment information. Product, when shipped, was as advertised and well packaged. It just seemed like a lot of work to buy from this seller. Not bad enough to rate a negative. |

| Rebuttal: EMails were timely, auction closed 6-30, he asked for PP address, it was sent on 7-1 He changed mind and 7-2 asked for mail address, sent 7-2 and again on 7-4, on 7-10 he asked a 3rd time for mailing address sent on 7-11. $9.00 holster sent as soon as payment received. |

| Comments: Transaction was not completed. The gun finish was not noted in the ad. The photo appeared to be a shiny nickel finish. I erred in not confirming that with the seller. The seller erred in not noting the finish in the ad. Both unintentional. |
