| Comments: Seller gave me a great deal on a new rifle - below dealer cost. Shipping of rifle was delayed at the conclusion of the auction. I was the successful bidder on 9/30/05, the rifle was shipped after 10/15/05. |

| Rebuttal: UPS lost the gun and we had to track it down. This took 3-4 days extra. The auction was one of those were nothing went right. Buyer was a good and fast payer and I recieved the paper work in good time. Thanks!!! |
