| Rebuttal: I never received 1 e-mail other than the automated e-mail from auction arms. So how am I suppossed to respond. Maybe you should check with the auction site as they they do not respond either. I know my e-mail system is working as I had it checked. |

| Comments: Asked to remove flashhider to be CA legal.The hider was removed and sold as it is illegal to posses in CA,removed at his request,not considered part of the sale.Offered a refund on the rifle TWICE,he still has the rifle,yet he states "not as advertised" in his feed back.Nothing but head aches here. |
