| Comments: I have called this deadbeat and sent emails at least 10 times and it has been 2 weeks. I have not heard from him other that sending a FFL. I guess he thinks I should send him the rifle without him paying for it. This guy should be ban from auction arms. Do not do bussniess with the deadbeat. |

| Rebuttal: Gun was described as almost new, it wasn't.Scratches in the wood and sling stud screwed into three Marlin bullseye wh8ch was not shown.No sense completing the sale and sending it right back to the untrustworthy seller.I did not have access to a c9mputer to zoom in on picture untill after the sale. |
