| Comments: This Spanish Mauser in 7mm x 57mm was missing the two lock screws on the trigger assy, and the rear bold was not original, but a repo of modern mfg. The buyer wanted a refund and I accepted the 70 year old rifle back and refunded the $250. It was fair. |

| Rebuttal: Even a neutral was a bit harsh considering what was really wrong....the refund request was met with numerous attempts to "sell" me something else. I'm sorry a neutral was shown as it was not warranted under the rules we operate by. |
