| Comments: I placed a bid on the 1st day of a week long auction. I won the auction at the end. The sellers email said he did not get to the computer fast enough to let me know the gun was sold. I was never contacted by the seller to tell me this during the entire week that I carried the winning bid. |

| Rebuttal: As I recall, I checked my auctions during this time and did not find the word SALE posted in front of the bid indication telling me that someone had bid. I sold the item to a local customer, thinking no bids had occurred. I messed up. I apologized to the bidder. I'll try to do better in the future |
