| Comments: Purchased item with "buy-it-now", waited a week to inform me that he didn't have the funds. Wanted me to take a deposit and hold the item till he secured the funds. |

| Rebuttal: I ran into to financial difficulties after the auction was over. Seller was not proffesional in any aspect during my dealings with him. Buyers beware! |
