| Comments: Gun was broken (one barrel wouldn't cock--broken hammer). I believe this was an honest oversight on the part of the seller, refunded purchase price and shipping one way. Seller should have checked gun before listing, but he made it right. I would do business with this seller again. |

| Comments: There was no mention in the description that the forward handguard had several large splits in the wood. It was not that the splits were not obvious. I was disappointed that this was not pointed out in the item description. I was however able to make repairs. |

| Rebuttal: I apologize that this defect was missed in the descrition, the buyer never mentioned a thing until this feedback showed up.I would have gladly given a partial refund if he wished to keep the rifle or a full refund if he did not. |
