| Comments: This bidder failed to make payment by the method as indicated as a condition of the auction, when payment was avaliable it was a lessor amount than had been tendered by auction I refused to uplift it and declared the sale null& void. I am of the belief that there was an attempt to rip me off. |

| Rebuttal: To the Seller, The western received the payment authorisation of 335$. In the first e-mail I indicated him not to know the Pay / Bid and it did not put any objección to the Western, we have crossed enough e-mail and it has never closed the agreement for the form of payment. |
