| Comments: After waiting longer than the two weeks allowed for payment we finally receive it and ship items out right away. Then bidder leaves us negative feedback stating items where damaged, if bidder had of taken time to communicate we could have told him everything we ship is insured. |

| Rebuttal: Exterior packaging completely intact. Interior wrap intact. Only product damaged. I was entitled to be dissatisfied. |
