| Comments: Gun arrived on time, but seller shipped to wrong address. Address for USPS as well as UPS was given. Shipped USPS but used street address instead of PO Box which required extra work on my part to track down the package. Other than that transaction was very smooth. |

| Comments: Gun was VERY NICE. However, the seller was rather obstinate and he SERIOUSLY OVERCHARGES for Shipping & Insurance (MORE THAN DOUBLE actual costs)... So neither a Negative or a Positive is due. |

| Rebuttal: My charges are rated to the shipping, in the USPS Priority Mail and all other charges. I am usually very close to the costs I post. It is over very much, I mail a refund to the buyer. |

| Comments: The description was incorrect, the rifle arrived disassembled and with the trigger broken, the box was in good shape , the parts were loose inside, the only answer was to present an impossible claim to the insurance. The packing was improper. |

| Comments: I'm posting neutral cuz I don't think it's right to judge people without knowing all the facts.I made a point to make sure 4901 wasn't going to loose money selling it for the auction price.I asked to purchase more for our fund raiser,said there wasn't anymore.Look at 1st question under description. |

| Comments: Nice gun but got ripped on the shipping. I have a commercial UPS counter and anyone walking in off the street would pay more than 50 dollars less than I was charged. |

| Rebuttal: I packed it. Chg $6.00 (not my gun): UPS spec pack, ($10.00)Ins. $2,000.00. Drive to UPS, 12 mi @ .40/mi = $4.80. Wt 32lbs. Size 37"x15"x8". O-night ship. (due to insurance). I put in the ad that I would refund any money left: I refunded $6.00 from $100.00 posted in ad. Add it up. He knew the fee. |
