| Comments: I made 2 or 3 attempts to contact the seller about a price range so that I could bid appropriately and never recieved a reply. Even after the auction has closed, I have still not received a reply. |

| Rebuttal: why should one buyer have an advantage over another. Isn' t thay why it is called an auction. |
