| Comments: I have tried to contact the seller countless times. Including twice before the auction ended. After I won the bid, again tried contacting the seller but the phone has been disconnected. Also have tried several emails even having gunauction try but no success. Stay away from this seller. |

| Rebuttal: I contacted buyer, he agreed to take firearm but payment never made after bending over backwards to satisfy payment method. He kept saying he was going to make payment but never did. I was out sick for a month or so with quadiple bypass heart surgery after a heart attack just before Christmas. |

| Rebuttal: Buyer rec'd firearm & said he wanted an older version without the J lock on bolt. We took rifle back & returned his money but it had damage on it as if it was dropped & missing trigger lock, we still gave him back his purchase price. We left nuetral feedback & he has the nerve to leave neg feedback. |

| Comments: Took 2 weeks to send payment, but no FFL until week later. Sent him a factory new pistol that was perfect. He complained about pistol and I wanted him to send back so I could refund his money and see what the complaint was about. |

| Rebuttal: Payment sent same day rec'd shipping info.Gun not packed tight in factory box,new maglock guard chewed metal and finish.Refused refunding shipping when he caused damage, not packing properly.He was satisfied until I complained & gave neg feedback.Afraid no refund if sent back. |
