| Comments: Items had to be returned and in accordance with seller's policy I had to eat the cost of shipping both ways. Seller was prompt and upfront about the policy, I just don't think it's fair that I should have to pay the round trip shipping on items that were defective. |

| Rebuttal: Most companies can't afford to cover shipping costs nor do they refund it. We have a very low rate of return but when we do we will happily refund or replace your product. |

| Comments: I bought 3 mini-14 mags that would`nt fit my gun,e-mailed wilsonmags they said return for replacement or refund.One thing they wanted was feedback on mags for supplier.gave feedbaback and recieved refund not mags.I guess seller did`nt want to pay postage.lost 11.75$ buyer-be ware |

| Rebuttal: Most Auction sellers won't even offer a refund or replacment, you buy a product AS IS..Not from us, we obviously refunded this person on an auction sale, so I'm not sure what the complaint is we may have not had mags to send to him at the time. |

| Rebuttal: We post restrictions for EACH state clearly in all our auctions. If you can't read or don't know the laws please don't try to tell people what is legal and what is not legal. We sell ONLY to states where it is legal and post that accordingly. |

| Comments: I did not receive my mags for 2 weeks, so I emailed them and they had not heard of my order. But, they mailed them out quickly after that. Good price, service slipped a little. Stuff happens, I am sure it doesn't happen that often with wilsonmags. |

| Rebuttal: We screwed up, somehow the order got lost in cyberspace. It rarely happens, normally we try to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order, in this case it didn't happen, but we don't plan on it happening again. |
