| Comments: 8 days since auction has closed and this individual has not responded to 4 requests to complete this auction. I have used both MS Outlook and AuctionArms mail trying to communicate. Nothing. Beware!!!! |

| Rebuttal: I explianed that I forgot that the auction notices came to my hotmail that I nolonger use and wasn't aware that I had won bid. Offered to complete transaction or pay his fee.Wouldnot accept Lied by telling me someone bought it. I can prove a friend bid it in later & seller emailed him to confirm. |
