| Comments: Handgun was in great condition as described. Seller did supply additional information that was required by my FFL dealer. No need for profanity in email responses, no matter how nice the firearm that was sold. |

| Rebuttal: Buyer stated that his FFL required me to send from an FFL. He did not inform me of this at he time of purchase and in the end it was not required. Was very obnoxious during the process. Would not do business with again, ever. |
