| Comments: Seller did not examine the barrel before listing it. The rear sight holes had a broken tap inside one of the holes and the barrel had rust inside and out. The scope rings were cross-threaded and had to be thrown away. In the end, I fixed the problems myself and kept the item. |

| Comments: Communication was good. FFL agent had difficulty with faxing papers, dealer claimed no receipt when indeed they were faxed to the correct number. Item shipped UPS with NO ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED for receipt. Item delivered unsigned for. Not a good thing. Item better than described. Rate dealer C+. |

| Rebuttal: Just becuase someone says they faxed it does not mean they did, also could have been trouble on the phone lines. We shipped the day after we recived the fax. We ship everything insured so a signature is required, I can not help it if the UPS driver decided he did not want to get it. |

| Rebuttal: I told the guy it was pitted when he asked. Refund was sent. He is just mad becuase I did not over night him his refund. |
