| Rebuttal: Hope this is an error due to employee miscommunication at the Shooter's Emporium; have received lot of parts guns at my dealer's, minor problem with packing (box open)but overall pleased with whole; got some much-needed parts at very low price. No complaints other than this feedback. |

| Rebuttal: Wish I knew who I was dealing with - no replies to inquiries before auction should've been first clue. I replied to single e-mail; none back. Sent money - came back w/ apology and schizoid explanation. Negative feedback posted after 10 days, not 3 weeks; could be CYA for reneging on deal. |
