| Rebuttal: Never heard a WORD from you, so one wonders what's behind Neutral feedback for a gun that was advertised as a parts gun, with issues clearly stated in it's description. If there was problem, common courtesy would dictate SOME communication.....guess not all members possess common sense and courtesy. |

| Comments: I got the shotgun in very good time, but the case I was charged 35.00 dolars for was 8 inchs to short for the gun. |

| Rebuttal: You DIDNT pay $35 for hard case.......you paid $35 for the total SHIPPING cost which was IN a hard case. There are no cases available to me that are long enough for that gun. There was a choice, ship in that case or ship in cardboard with less protection. Maybe I should have left that choice to you. |

| Comments: Gun did not function as designed since the original magazine was not in it. Replacement mag included would not function the slide stop. The recoil spring plug was broken. Lastly, the spot on the finish was much larger and more unsightly than was illustrated in the pictures. |

| Rebuttal: You're obviously more expert at guns than communications. Nowhere did the auction say the magazine was original nor did you EVER email us with any problems. You lost out as we ALWAYS "make it right" when problems are told to us. AND, the photos lie?? Come on W.B. get a grip. You're abusing feedback. |

| Rebuttal: Thanks for the neutral without ANY communication of dissatisfaction. We strive to keep our customers happy, but if you don't give us a chance and just like to post neutrals, well, what can I say. Communication IS key to any transaction, it can't be only one way. |
