| Comments: this is the 2nd gun i have got from this company not as described this one has rust all over as well as pitting way deep in the metal and the bore is pitted also this is a 60% gun at best i just hope it works |

| Comments: Described as no cracks, but the stock was cracked. Parts missing making it unable to safely fire magnum loads.I asked for $30 rebate or the parts, but was denied. Refund was offered but not on the shipping. Cheaper for me to buy the parts than to ship, and fix myself. Shakes out to a neutral deal. |

| Comments: This would be "Positive" feedback if the Seller had left feedback after he received my payment; leaving feedback after being paid is a nice way of saying "Thanks." I notified Seller promptly that the rifle arrived, that it looked fine, and that I'd reciprocate promptly after he left feedback. |

| Comments: Overall the transaction went very smoothly. The only reason for the neutral feedback is the description states the floorplate was blued and not stainless. In reality it was rusted VERY badly. So much so that it was almost black. It was very obvious it was rust and not blued. |

| Comments: Pistol as described. Poor communication. Mailed funds day I got notice of winning. No e-mail on receipt of funds or shipment of handgun. I e-mailed him as I was getting worried. Got e-mail stating my gun would PROBABLY be shipped the next Monday. He had 30 going out. Seems to be too busy. |

| Comments: The gun is overall in good shape but I was never informed of the rust spots on the frame and slide. Had I known this ahead of time, I wouldn't have bid as high as I did. He should have been more honest in his description. I would be wary of future dealings. |

| Rebuttal: Just got back off vacation my emmplyee told me this guy was not happy with the gun , he told him owner is out of town we will give you a full refund or wait till owner comes in to town and work it out with him. I got back today. The day he posted this. |

| Comments: Gun was as listed and mailed promptly, HOWEVER, Charged $25 to ship a pistol, did not even insure it, (Cost $8.15) sent expired FFL with another address ?? Sent receipt from yet another name & address & no S/N on it ? If not a FFL, It's ILLEGAL to mail a gun !!! This could get us all in trouble. |
