| Comments: the winning bidder on a nib item renaged saying he wanted a newer model beretta***my pictures clearly showed the 2004 model shotgun without the 2005 raised comb***he lied about the pictures*** i have had numerous comments regarding the BEAUTIFUL pictures! |

| Rebuttal: The lousy photos this guy had up did NOT acurately depict the gun.This guy is a complete hothead. I offered to make good but only got accusations and name calling. Will be sure never to have dealings with him in the future. |
