| Comments: E-mailed NITROX twice with no response and gave him 14 days to respond with payment. Did not respond to my e-mails or send payment. Cost me a sale to a serious bidder and wasted my time. THANKS |

| Rebuttal: My mother had a strok & i had to take care of her !!! i never saw the e-mails he sent to me in time ! I did send a e-mail to him to let him now what hapend & said i was sorry ! |

| Comments: He was high bidder and never answered 3 emails sent to him and never sent payment. I could have sold the item to another bidder if I knew he was not interested. Don't bid if you are not planning on buying the item. |
