| Comments: First, we were behind on our shipping this week, we had the shotgun packaged but no UPS label for the driver. I apologized, that was not enough for this buyer. I am sorry but we could not make him happy and gave him a refund. We are not going to take verbal abuse. Maybe he just had a bad day. |
