| Comments: Was not happy with condition of rifle, was sold to me as fine but they're were issues magazine rod was missing spring to keep rod from falling on floor, rust between barrel an magazine and damaged rear sight, but they did return my money. |

| Rebuttal: First, this gun was listed as very good, not fine and second all the pics and descriptions address the slight amount of rust. We sell only pre-owned guns so occasionally issues pop up; like missing inner rod tube, but that's why we have a 30day wty. We refunded this auction no questions asked. |

| Comments: Gun was in good shape like was stated. Just somewhere in the process it switched from a 12 to a 20 gauge. | Comments: Went to the range to try out the gun I shot 10 rounds out of it and then it stopped ejecting the shells and then a parts fell out of gun. Iam get it repaired . need to check out guns before selling them. Shipped very fast. |

| Rebuttal: Why buy a gun with a dent in the barrel? It was stated in the auction. We get our guns from our shops around the country and sell as is. If you're not happy with the gun you should send it back. Would you prefer we sell it and not let you know about the dent? Why a neutral? |

| Comments: CAF changed comments during auction that Python was ported after market. Didn't realize until auction closed. CAF could not confirm the safety & can't be verified until gun is received. Didn't wan't to return on my dime. They gave me a neutral so they didn't have to eat the AA fees. Go figure. |

| Rebuttal: This stock was repaired at one time and had several cracks. Was going to need to be replaced. Don't see how being loose was enough to warrant a neutral-esp with the detailed pics and disclosure that the stock was bad. We offer full refunds if not satisfied, but we need to know ur not happy first |

| Comments: The ad seemed to be a little confusing and I was surprised to receive a Ruger P94 when the auction called it a P944. They explained that I did not know the Ruger numbering. This was the only problem I have had with CAF. They at lest coukd have given a smbolic refund. I've be a long time customer. |

| Rebuttal: the p94 is a 9mm the p944 is a .40 cal-ALL are marked p94. the 94 lists at $450, the p944 $500. that's the only difference exept caliber. he wanted us to refund $20. we offered to refund all his $ if he wasn't happy. He did not respond after that, kept the gun and posted a neutral. CAF Sales |

| Rebuttal: We used FEDEX on this shipment which was our mistake. Apparently they can't ship direct to remote areas in AK...because of this the cost was high to ship. We will use a cheaper shipper in the future. However,we don't understand why shipping issues beyond our control is cause for neutral feedback... |
