| Rebuttal: "oldrancher"'s gun would have been OK if packed well and UPS didn't break it. He had NOT INSURED IT THOUGH I PAID FOR INSURANCE.HE IS NOT AN FFL and didn't include photo ID. Said he would refund, but DID NOT. Will probably pocket the $100 automatic insurance. So who should get the NEGATIVE???????? |

| Rebuttal: Interesting that MOJAVE BILL is so sensitive to a NEUTRAL comment on AUCTION 9430812- not NEW, as stated and no return - not exactly according to AA rules. It took 20 passes with a brass brush to clean. day.NEUTRAL is NEUTRAL- not bad; not great. Does he protest to much? |

| Comments: Seller misrepresents goods in previous auction. He offers credit on this auction. He changes offer AFTER I bid. I do NOT try to force him to give me ANYTHING. I try to negotiate, he refuses, rants about being cheated. He gives me untrue retaliatory negative feedback. |

| Comments: Seller said gun was original with “Excellent” bore. Barrel was hacksawed shorter and bore was pitted. Due to Calif. gun laws, I was unable notify seller within 3 days. Seller is can weasel out of refund, but it doesn’t change the fact that he grossly misrepresented condition. |

| Rebuttal: Natman emailed me 5 WEEKS after shipment complaining about an item. Since over the 3 DAY inspection period I offered an item that he wanted in exchange. He wanted me to GIVE him the $205 alternative FREE and not return the original item. How would you react? "not just off the "turnip wagon" |

| Comments: Over 2" cut from the bbl recently, since end and vice marks shinny.It was done with a pipe cutter,which bulged the ext. and left an int. burr. Seller claimed no knowledge, would refund $ but not shi/fees. This is not a case of grade but pure fraud.I chose to avoid all contact and save. |

| Rebuttal: BAD SHOT returned rifle as it was not to his taste. Within two weeks guerin bought it at the same price from the same auction description and loved it - see guerin positive comment. You can't please everyone. I gave him a neutral to get my selling fee back. |

| Comments: Seller advertised 200 rounds of "once-fired" brass. Technicaly true but EVERY case sent was badly tarnished, 100 were COMPLETELY corroded. NONE - not one - was reloadable as sold. Many are deeply and permanently pitted even after hand-cleaning each case with chemical brass cleaner and polishing with abrasive - HOURS of work and extra $$. Seller withheld actual condition knowing the truth would hold down the bidding. Deceptive practice - failure to disclose true condition in order to profit. He offered to replace but with NEW brass at FULL PRICE..! Said he would refund $ for bad cases but only if I pay postage BOTH WAYS. Trade at your own risk..! |

| Rebuttal: HAM BONE bought once-fired cases for $.18 each that cost $1.00 each new. When first informed of his dissatisfaction, I offered to replace the dirty cases. After two more emails from him and no returned cases, I offered to refund his money. Still haven't received cases. You be the judge. |
