| Comments: sold me a gun then went and sold it to a local buyer for more money. He let me do buy it now and send money before was informed he couldn't send me the gun. It has been a long and very bad experience with this person. Stay far far away from him very tricky and untrust worthly. |

| Rebuttal: It was unfortunate that I was unable to close the auction before this bidder hit the BIN button. The firearm was sold locally and because it was a "hot" item.
