| Comments: I bought a T-38 that was ran as a 98%, excellent condition. What I got was a rifle that had parts rebuled, polished over pitting, a reproduction cleaning rod, and a stock that was cracked at the wrist and all through the recoil area, GLUED back together, sanded, refinished. Read the ad #2519121453.0 for his discription. After contacting the seller for a refund I was told that he did the 'repairs' and it was a 98% gun so no refund. I have copies of both his e-mails for proof. This is the first time I have ever encountered pure fraud from sellers here. Now I have a very high dollar shooters grade barreled action. |

| Rebuttal: THE GUN WAS A BEAUTIFUL SPECIMEN. GREAT BORE AND CHAMBER. WOOD PROFESSIONALLY REPAIRED! HE WAS TOLD TO RETURN THE GUN FOR A COMPLETE REFUND. HE HAD THE GUN FOR TEN DAYS, WAY BEYOND THE THREE DAY INSPECTION. HE OPTED TO KEEP IT. GO FIGURE? I'VE ONLY HAD ONE OTHER GUN, OUT OF OVER TWENTY SOLD, RETURNED. THAT BUYER LEFT A GOOD REVIEW BECAUSE I REFUNDED HIS MONEY WHEN ASKED. I TRULY BELIEVE THE TYPE 38 GUY HAD A GOOD TIME "BREAKIN' EM ON ME!" |
