| Comments: Totally misrepresented. Stock cracked & refinished. Bluing worn. "Good" at best. Told money to be refunded & 2nd bidder buying. Got FFL but no $. Nearly 2 months & no $. Told of problems concerning refund. I give up. Will keep gun. I saw all the negative feedbacks but ignored them. Be warned!!!! |

| Rebuttal: NOT CRACKED!! IN AUCTION SAID BLUING WAS WORN!!NEEDED THE GUN BACK BEFORE REFUNDING MONEY! GUN WAS A $800 RIFLE, NEVER SAID $1500. BUT, Things did go slow on the deal! SORRY!! |

| Comments: The gun arrived with no paperwork, so the FFL didn't call me, and the stock was broken,(poorly packaged). I told him and asked for a refund. First he said yes, then no. That was over two months ago. No resolution, and he says it is my problem. Be careful. |

| Rebuttal: HE FORGOT TO MENTION THAT HE ASKED ME FOR A REFUND 1 MONTH AFTER RECEIVING THE GUN! I DID NOT GIVE HIM A REFUND DUE TO WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE TO THE GUN WITHIN THAT TIME PERIOD! HIS FFL GUY GAVE HIM THE FFL, HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT GUN IT WAS FOR?? |

| Comments: Be very careful. He ran a gun as a falling block. It turned out to be a rolling block. This is a $200 to $300 mistake on my part. He clames to ship on Tue or Thur. He missed 3 Tue. & 2 Thur. before shipping to me. The gun was very pooly packaged & the stock was broken in 2 places when I got it. |
