| Comments: Advertised as "original Yugoslav clip", was'nt. Returned, explained the difference between an "original" and a USA made stamped model. Got E mail saying Sorry, did not know. Reposted it exactly the same way. They got the return on 4/7. I got a phone call on 4/12 to ask how I paid. Prompt refund. |

| Rebuttal: Clips are orig Yugoslave by Mitchel Arms , how can we determine whether Mitchel had them made in US or imported , either way there considered ORIG as Mitchel Arms the importer of the AK 308s sold and included these with the guns. thanks |

| Comments: Description of item (ColtSP1) was exaggerated. Shipping charges were more than actual shipping costs,so factor this in to your max bid. Was tempted to give -FB, but he stuck to the conditions of the sale and accepted a return without hassle. Would I buy from seller again? Probably not. |

| Rebuttal: Gun is 97% way above the Excellent rateing shipping is posted in Every AD although $18.00 shipping { our standard } is rather cheap. Although cost is a reference Depending on the customers aspect I guess. |

| Comments: No instructions provided for regulation system, just schematic. Request made for instructions. Next day response promised... No reply. I sent the gun back, they asked "why?". I'm hoping I get my money back without paying shipping twice.. Will change to negative if charged for their mistake. |

| Rebuttal: BRAND NEW gun with EAA lifetime waranty , you bought 1 before and played same game, maybe instructions showing the BIG screw to turn is a bit confuseing. turn screw right for up , turn screw left for down , It confuses me also. So why did you buy another to return, this is 2nd time same gun |

| Comments: This was not a pleasant experience. This is the rudest vendor I have ever dealt with. Gun Gallery did not include any of the paper work my FFL provided so that they could get the receiver to me. |

| Comments: Be cautious-item advertised as new, but importer wouldn't repair under warranty when gun didn't fire, said non-original parts used in previous repairs, and photos didn't match gun received, same photo used repeatedly to sell a group of foreclosed returns Liberty Coach guns, not "as new" in auction. |

| Comments: Seller sent me a $650 gun with a $150 gouge. I sent the gun back and they returned my money plus shipping.I was still issued a neutral feedback of which I do not feel I deserved.This is a policy of Auction Arms that a seller must issue neutral feedback in order to get his listing money back. |

| Comments: Item description confusing, buyer did attempt clarification, & only after receiving item, realized was misinformed, seller did honer auction site 3 day return policy, but not without hassle,& the loss of S&H both ways, seller would be wise to simplify item descriptions, preventing future problems. |

| Comments: I picked the gun up at their shop and was allowed to select from several, which was nice. However the guns are described as being better than EAA's guns, I own several of the EAA imports and they are far superior in quality. I got what I paid for, but I think I'll skip their auctions in the future. |
