| Comments: Herber's shipping prices are 2 or 3 times the actual cost of shipping. this is a auction you do not try to make up money lost in auction through shipping, you loose customers. I will not pay $13.99 shipping for a used gun book that the USPS would deliver for $5 or less. |

| Comments: Won bids of 2 items said they would ship in two box's because they would not ship in one. But the shipped in one package. The cost of shipping was $2.80 and they charged me almost $20.00 I could have gotten items on sell for the same price. Will not go back to this site, |

| Comments: Seller answered questions about the item untruthfully. I asked if certain parts not visible in the pictures were included in the auction. He said they were, but when I received the shotgun the parts were not there. Description did say carcass gun, but I bid according to the answers received. |

| Rebuttal: Buyer failed to read carefully and view the multiple pictures on the listing. This is a carcass parts gun and all parts mentioned and on pictures were there when I shipped it. I have nothing else to discuss with this buyer. |

| Comments: Item was shipped quickly, however seller did not mention the rust on the back side of the cuffs. Additionally he charges excessive shipping and handling fees $18.00 for $5.50 flat rate box. I did not notice it was him when I bid, if I had I would have not bid on this item. This guy is a cheap thief. |

| Rebuttal: Buyer needs to read or perhaps that is an issue with him. Item was listed as USED and he did not make an attempt to contact about his dissatisfaction. Remedy: Read the auction item descriptions and do not bid on my items. |

| Comments: When asked if I could combine the shipping of this item and another magazine the sell refused. When I received the magazine it was in the same flat rate box as the other. The cost of shipment was $4.50 for both yet I had to pay $10.99 for each. This was just plain greedy if not theft! |
