| Comments: buyer called and stated he had a C&R and I informed him this rifle does not qualify. He looked it up and called me back and said he could not buy it. I asked about listing fees and he said he had money tied up in long distance and did not have a FFL to send. Bad business, should know before bidding. |

| Comments: Sent an illegible copy of C&R, with numbers completely obscured. When requested to send a legible copy, he refused, insisting the gun be sent or his money be refunded. Refund sent immediately. |

| Rebuttal: FFL was new type with blk. area for #'s, hence copy machine made #'s obscure. I chked ATF & they said OK to ink in #'s. I sent Alan clear photo. I apoligize if this was not sufficent. |
