| Comments: I was high bidder on a hi-cap mag. Checked State Law, which stated I could own. Later found out city reg. forbid it. Explained to seller, but he still slammed me with negative feedback. I even offered to cover his posting expense. Tread lightly w/ this one. |

| Rebuttal: The $1.51 posting expense is not the problem. What he is NOT telling you is he cost me the sale on the magazine as he outbid another bidder on the mag and declined to purchase it when I contacted him. MY FEEDBACK SPEAKS FOR ITSELF! |
