| Comments: Gun was not described well. Pistol had several cosmetic issues and 1 major mechanical issue. Seller OK'ed return. Gun was shipped back insured for $495. Gun was delivered to sellers home FFL. Defective gun was then "stolen" from porch. USPS denied claim. Seller no help. So I'm out $600 & no gun! F+ |

| Rebuttal: Ad was right.Please read the ad.The buyer said that he had issues with item and I told him to return it and I would pay shipping both ways.The buyer took item to his gun shop and they shipped it back but did not ask for signature.I was closed PO said they left it on front porch.Not my fault! |

| Rebuttal: I explained that the scope was not in stock and asked what he wanted me to do refund all his money or give him a replacement. He told me to replacement would be fine. I have not heard anything else. I will to this day take what he got and refund him if that is what he wants. Just let me know. |
