| Comments: WORST DEAL EVER!!! RUN FROM THIS SELLER!! Seller did not fully divulge the poor state of the rifle. Would not take the gun back after 2 gunsmiths determined that the rifle was unsafe. NO HELP FROM DISPUTE@AUCTION ARMS EITHER. WILL RESIGN FROM AUCTION ARMS AND CONTACT NRA DUE TO THIS DEAL. |

| Rebuttal: This person is untruthful. I offered refund and two locals to ship to. He vialated terms of sale as the GREAT support folks here @ GUNAUCTION ruled in my favor. In other words dont disasemble a perfectly functioning rifle and try to ship back to me in peices. Block this man from your auctions!! |
