| Comments: Person did not read ad properly. Ad stated that buyer must pay ffl fee. Firearm could not be shipped through the mail from myself to another dealer. Had to go dealer to dealer. He refused to pay the fee even though it stated CLEARLY in the ad therefore I chose to sell it to one of the other 5 people who could read. |

| Rebuttal: I had no problem paying any fees incured on my end. The ad did not state that I was to pay His fee, it stated that I would pay only shipping. He was angry that the price was not as much as he had anticipated. He was just trying to get more profit for himself. |
