| Comments: Bought 100 pcs new brass packaged in bags of 20 ea. One bag contained only 17 cases. Also, 7 of the cases had bent mouths and could not be reloaded. |

| Rebuttal: This is the first we heard of the problem and mailed replacement brass today, wish we had of known sooner. It would have been taken care of immediately. It comes to us pre-packed and we weren’t aware there was a problem. This was a good sale and we rated the buyer positive. |
