| Rebuttal: Tumbler was invoiced and shipped 2/15 when payment arrived. Customer never made contact with me to advise he did not recieve tumbler did not arrive. It would have beeen nice to have been given a chance to correct problem prior to posting ngative feedback. 10 minutes from the time you wrote email to the ime you posted feedback is not sufficient time for me to respond. I was perfectly willing to correct problem as my attached email indicates. In a message dated 03/11/2000 10:00:02 AM Eastern Standard Time, writes: Thirty days ago I sent you a check for a midway tumbler. 48.00 It was paid on the 2-22. I still have not recieved the tumbler. I would like my money back or the tumbler.I would perfer the money because I have had to purchase another because of the delay. I am sending a copy of this letter to auction arms also. Item #7682233301 I wish you would have not waited so long in contacting me. I could have reconciled the problem sooner had I known you did not receive your tumbler. I will check my records and refund your money once I have verified your payment. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. |
