| Comments: Purchased a scope that malfunctioned. Got permission to return for refund. However, it has been many weeks and they won't return e-mails and I haven't received the refund. Will not do business with them again!!!!! |

| Rebuttal: The email server for the address he was using was down for a week. He had my phone number and never tried to call before leaving a neg. I stand behind everything that I sell. |

| Comments: Misrepresents merchandise offers for sale and when caught I sent him back the merchandise. He's into me for merchandise cost PLUS original s/h PLUS return cost. Reimbursed ONLY the merchandise cost, none of two shipping costs. 'Buyer beware' is the best policy when dealing with this fellow. |

| Rebuttal: This Joker orders this pistol scope from me and then emails me demanding a refund stating that I shipped him a rifle scope. I offered a refund upon return. When I received the scope, it was a pistol scope like he ordered. I refunded his money and he still left me a neg. |
