| Comments: I was High bidder on this item Seller abruptly closed auction with lots of time left. True the reserve had not been met yet, but bids had been made. I have no dought the reserve would have been met on a super blackhawk. Very thoughtless and unprofessional on the part of this seller. |

| Rebuttal: I re-posted item prior 2 buyer requesting Haggle. Closed it when Haggle made. Sorry if that upset u, but apparently u didn't bid what u should have & u shouldn't have made neg feedback on a buy u didn't make. U have complaint on that, make it 2 me directly! |

| Comments: Was high bidder on an auction. Contacted him by email and recieved email from him confirming payment was being sent. Never received payment. Emailed him again never got an answer. Not a good way to do business. |

| Rebuttal: Auction space is expensive. Won't pull auction until I get confirmation. As I worked that day, didn't get confirmation of my offer 2 him til that pm, which along with confirm. I got his complaining emails. Patience is a virtue. |

| Comments: Auction #477686: Gun is nowhere near the 98++% advertised. Seller did a bad job of buffing out a worn stainless gun to hide the wear and ruined the factory finish. Rear sights bent. Grips damaged. Shipped parcel post, took 9 days for delivery. Will not do business with again and do not recommend. |

| Rebuttal: Did not buff worn gun never have! Described gun as it was. No bent site or damaged grips. Shipped gun USPS pri. usually delivered 1-3 days, BUT, not guaranteed. Was a delay here but I have no control over USPS. Want next day air, u can pay for it. Not happy with the item, return it. I will refund. |

| Comments: I was the highest bidder when the auction closed. He refused to sell me the gun, he did not contact me except to say he wasn't selling it to me, and he turned right around and put the gun up for auction without communicating with me whatsoever. F--- |

| Rebuttal: What this gentleman has forgotten to mention is, yes he had the high bid, but!!! his bid DID NOT meet my reserve price. I DID reply to him (inc. 2 this am) & advise him of this & to read up on how these auctions worked. Which apparently he has not done. |
