| Rebuttal: It took a week to get his payment and FFl AFTER auction closed. Gun had to be packed afterwards and shipped during my UPS pickups, once per week, 3 weeks AFTER auction os not that long for payment receipt, waiting for FFL packing and shipping. There is no such thing as immediate shipping!! |

| Comments: Auction ended 9/7. 9/8 FFL was faxed to seller at 10:30am and check sent at 9:30am. Repeated emails and finally gun received by shipper 9/24. Listed as "NRA Excellent" good at best; same gun same pictures listed in 2013 as "fine"? Shot 8 rnds today and scope fell off. Get rid of this Seller for all. |

| Rebuttal: This gun was in excellent condirion, wood and bluing as per NRA Excellent. I mounted a brand new scope. Usually a buyer would tighten one before shooting the gun. Only .270 caliber, obviously loose and not tightened. For this gun, he got a great deal. |

| Rebuttal: I did receive the call but I was in Conn for a few weeks with my wife's father suffering with lymphoma. As soon as I got home I did sent check which he received but he already relisted the gun. |

| Rebuttal: This is the thanks I get for me being a continuing customer. I have asked many times if the FFL was received. My wife was in the Hospital and just got out. Why didn't he send me a reminder. If you want to call me a deadbeat, so be it, but I think you shouls at least contact me first!! |

| Comments: I sold this last Nov.1 and promptly paid but no ffl. I emailed and emailed and nothing. Finally called and said wife was sick and would get one right out. Weeks later no ffl never cashed his check and relisted gun. |

| Rebuttal: This is a Joke. Iam the one who paid for this gun and never was delivered. No excuse for re-selling after I paid for it. He cashed my check but never reimbursed me after he relisted and sold it. Only after I thrteatened to take legal action against him he agreed to re-imburse me, but he NEVER DID. |

| Rebuttal: I'm very sorry but my wife was in and out of the Hospital with Lung cancer the past few months and my attentions were elsewhere. This is why I am selling almost all of my firearms to accumulate funds for her medical expenses. |

| Comments: I will not do business with this person again. He used the BIN option,then came up with the excuese that his wife had been hurt but would send the gun and payment. That was last December,I've not heard from him since. I don't want a relist credit but I will not accecpt a bid from this person again. |

I was in contact with seller by e-mail indicating that I was waiting for delivery of the Franchi 48/A I purchased and would have the wood refinished before I sent it to re-blue. He agreed. The Franchi is not completed yet. First he agrees and the disagrees???? |
