| Comments: This guy just refuses to answer my emails, contacted him 4 times since 3-2-01 to 3-16-01 no response at all on his auctions he won from me. Looking at his other feedbacks one must wonder how he lasted this long on AA. His word it seems is worth nothing to him. I am tired of fooling with him, GEEZE. |

| Rebuttal: i did not see any bulge in barrel when it was shipped, as the pic showed and as was stated in the auction,"buttstock has been replaced." the original broken buttstock was also sent w/gun because it still had original buttplate on it. |

| Comments: Bad experience with this seller! I bid on and won an item by relying on his written description of it (he did not provide a picture of the item). Bad mistake! Upon receipt, found the item to be grossly different from his description, with major parts missing that he did not mention. He then refused to respond to attempts to contact him regarding my dissatisfaction with the item. Of course, will never deal with him again. |

| Comments: Won auction that closed 10/15. Heard from him once right after auction. Have yet to receive any money and have attempted to get a response with no affect. Don't know what problem is as look at his other feedback, he's buying. Guess just doesn't want the items any longer. At least let the seller know, it's no big deal if you would just let someone know!! I'm easy to work with, if needed time should've emailed or something. |
