| Comments: Neutral at best. While the gun and payment link was good, the customer service and communications were not. For one, I couldn't get an answer to my question on pricing...why they charge more than what their layaway rules say they charge (the gun price + shipping + cc fee, divided by five payments). |

| Rebuttal: This is true we charge the gun price + shipping + cc fee, divided by the number of payments payments. All this information is in the ad. People who do not read the ad should not be posting negative comments. |
