| Comments: Soon as auction ended I get a "sorry I'm out of country till end of the month can't pay till then" e mail. Said I could take a CC payment, now silence. Auction clearly says payments must be received in 10 days. Can't pay don't bid, simple. Seems like this guy has a big box full of fake excuses. |

| Comments: Guys check bounced. Contacted him said he will get a money order out right away. Never showed up. Has a different excuse every time I contact him. Its been 27 days since end of auction. I was dumb enough to send him item when I got the check. Will take my loss. Dont trust him |

| Rebuttal: Wife forgot to pay for this gun. I wanted it and did intend to pay for it. I am not able to get to town to get money order because just got out of hospital. I have bought several guns from you over the years. By the way the gun is deceivengly marked colt and colt did not make a brass frame revolver. |
