| Comments: Beware! I purchased this gun and sent the $ immediately, registered mail, which ran slow. I kept in close contact & seller agreed to wait. The day the $ arrived, he refused to accept it & said he was going on vacation. When he returned, he said he would sell it to me for 3+ times my winning bid. |

| Comments: Seller put 5 unexplained words in his ad “this is an absolute auction,” and decided he needn’t honor the auction "Terms and Conditions" which explicitly promise the right to return a firearm for any reason. The same rules prohibit him from creating “extra terms” contradicting those of Auction Arms. |

| Rebuttal: Previous contact with this auction cleared an occasional sale this way. There was no attempt to alter the auction rules. This transaction completely dumbfounds me. Look at this item and make your on conclusion. Why bid on an item like this without wanting to actually win it? Simply ridiculus. |

| Comments: I had good contact with buyer initially, but then did not receive payment and attempted to contact him again. Made contact and he stated that he had been in a car accident and had not sent payment. Tried to work with him and he kept giving me excuses why he couldn't pay with one method or another. |

| Rebuttal: Seller's information and statements are not consistent. I won auction but seller was not following up on the sale, shipping costs, etc. Just wanted the payment and would then ship this rifle for $80 SHIPPING when it was convenient for him. This was not a good start to online auctioning.Buyer Beware |
