| Comments: What a knuckle head! Why did you bid if you did not plan on purchasing the rifle? Sent several emails, after a week he contact me and then never heard from him again, called his home phone that was listed also. |

| Rebuttal: Yes, I took longer than his time limit to gather an FFL and send it along with payment. He did receive same and forwarded me a copy of his request to AA to modify feedback (AA has not done so apparantly) Rifle received exactly as described. |

| Comments: Auction closed on July 2nd. E-mailed this individual on the 3rd, 12th and 17th. He actually responded saying payment went out! Today is July 24th. No payment received.We will not do business with him in the future. Sellers BEWARE! He bids and doesn't buy. |

| Rebuttal: I did send payment, but to the wrong seller. I sent proof of my mistake, including the dated return envelope and a copy of the check sent back to me. I made an honest mistake and sent the full payment to them as soon as I discovered what had happened. |

| Rebuttal: Computer trouble kept me from replying or communicating with the seller or viewing e-mails & payment info. As soon as I could, I communicated with him, got payment address and have since received the parts (nice btw) |
